Conflict Resolution
Conflict Resolution is conceptualised as the methods and processes involved in facilitating the peaceful ending of conflict. Often group members attempt to resolve conflicts by actively and repeatedly communicating information about their conflicting motives or ideologies to the rest of the group.
When interpersonal relationships have broken down and the working atmosphere is becoming unpleasant the team needs to redefine its purpose and vision for how they want to be together, learn new skills, emphasise collaborative behaviour, and re-establish working relationships to create a more productive working environment.
