Strategic Plans and Future Focused Planning
Setting goals and knowing your business underpins strategic planning. We can work with you to develop strategic plans that are focused on single targets or on your wider organisational development.
We work to develop the vision from a point in the future then develops the steps to implement that plan, highlighting the strengths already demonstrated, build on these, then develop new strengths to produce, simultaniously identifying the challenges that will impede progress. We will assist you to then carefully develop those underdeveloped aspects of your business system, to assist management and staff to achieve the targets set.
We will ensure your key personnel are involved at the outset
Key players in business and strategic planning naturally include your executive or management team. From time to time it is relevant to include others in these processes; key staff who will be implementing new developments, specific clients, or key people from other divisions or departments whose collaboration is necessary.
Background Research
We will assist in identifying key interests and concerns of the executives prior to the planning day(s) before proceeding, especially if the business context is changing, and new collaborations are necessary. This ensures the agenda items on planning days are totally relevant to those present and greater staff participation is achieved.
Facilitation
We will design and lead events and subsequent processes enabling key people to work together to identify their key results areas, and the strategies they will undertake to achieve these.
We will assist by reviewing what has been achieved in the past years, enabling executives to fine tune or alter strategies, re-focus attention, and build on what is already in place, or shift direction.
